When we met KershKicks, they intended to open a brick and mortar store in Manchester to sell exclusive and premium deadstock trainers to a growing national market.
In order to penetrate this market nationally, they came to us seeking guidance to open an ecommerce store and market this to an exploding UK audience.
Many ecommerce stores of this type were based in the US, where this market is already extremely popular and competitive.
Speak to us about your projectWe designed and built a modern ecommerce store solution on Shopify, which provided an easy to use interface to allow the client to manage the store themselves without the need for constant support.
Shopify allowed for built-in integration into all the major marketing platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and also some popular payment providers such as Klarna.
We then created and planned a social media advertising strategy, whilst attempting to solidify a solid organic foundation within the major search engines.
To add an additional channel, we then introduced a layer Google Shopping campaign.
KershKicks average, at time of writing, nearly 400 orders per month of a revenue of nearly 100k. Returning an average RoAS (Return on Ad Spend) on the paid media ranging between 30 to 40.
