Phase 1
Phase 1 involved bespoke design and production of a HTML website incorporating a dynamic property data feed from Gnomen a leading estate agency software CRM platform. The website has been designed and built with the target audience in mind for both sale and lettings services.
Phase 2
Following the successful launch of the website, we are now entering phase 2 of the project implementing useful online tools for both landlords and vendors and planning an online marketing campaign that, from our knowledge and experience within the property sector, produces cost effective lead generation. Our client is very happy with the progress to date and is already developing business offering properties to let and for sale to the open market and as a consequence has already employed 2 new experienced full time members of staff.
